Operating instructions for vacuum rake dryer
Before using the vacuum rake drying equipment, first check whether the transmission and sealing parts of the body are intact, and pay special attention to checking whether the cylinder and vacuum suction nozzle are clean and dry. If there is dirt, it will affect the drying efficiency and quality.
When the equipment is running, it is necessary to open the feeding port of the vacuum rake dryer to start feeding and turn on the vacuum pump. When the cylinder reaches a certain degree of vacuum, insert the material tube into the powder and use vacuum to suck the material into the cylinder. The feed should not exceed 0.5 of the volume, and there should be no hard block materials in the material. If the material density or moisture content is too high, the feed amount should be reduced.
If a vacuum rake dryer is used for vacuum feeding, after the feeding is completed, connect the air inlet to the atmosphere, close the vacuum valve, remove the feeding nozzle, install the feeding cover, and close the feeding cover to ensure good sealing performance. Open the vacuum valve to achieve a certain degree of vacuum in the equipment. Turn on the drive motor and the balance shaft begins to rotate. Open the heating steam or hot water valve of the jacket and shaft to heat the cylinder and rake shaft before drying the materials.
Based on operational experience, recover the solvent and observe the internal temperature to confirm the end of the drying process of the final tank material. Cut off steam and materials, lower the temperature to an appropriate level, close the vacuum pipeline valve, open the exhaust valve in the vacuum system, and allow the cylinder to pass through the atmosphere. The rake shaft continues to operate and is ready for unloading. Open the discharge valve to discharge the material, then turn off the main machine operation button and cut off the power supply. Confirm that the vacuum rake dryer is turned off, clean any residue inside the cylinder or on the shaft, and close the feed port cover to prevent dust from entering the cylinder.
